Lusher Road is a $57 million conversion of a 5,600 m² former industrial site in Croydon into 137 social housing homes under Victoria's Big Housing Build.
The design splits the bulk into two buildings with recesses to soften the street presence, with courtyards, rooftop terraces and 105 basement car spaces. By April 2024 up to 250 residents had moved in.
