An "exercise in renewal" of an abandoned industrial site close to the Bridge Road retail precinct, within an established residential area. Three buildings of up to seven levels contain ground-level retail, first-floor commercial space and 145 apartments, with covered walkways linking the street to a glass-roofed central public courtyard and adding retail, cafes and public areas to the street.
The facade of folded concrete plates wraps the building frame, layering the building and giving it a sculptural form.
